Terms and Conditions

Items are shipped FOB Ft Myers, Florida or direct from manufacturer via Ground or LTL freight.  Freight is pre-paid and added to the order upon checkout.  If multiple items are ordered, such items may not ship together in same package as they may ship from separate locations.

 We ship daily (Monday – Friday).  Typically orders  received by us and paid for before noon EDT will be shipped the same  day.  Orders received and paid for after noon EDT will be shipped next  business day.  If you need expedited shipping or other special  instructions, please contact us directly at 239-317-3841.
 

If you're looking to receive the shipment by a certain date (for an  occasion, giving as a gift, etc.) please e-mail us and let us know and  we will make every effort to satisfy your requests.
 

All items are new unless specifically written in the description. 

Payment by customer to Floor Coating Supply must be made by credit card or PayPal only.  Payment is due at time of order and no items will be shipped until verification of payment is made.

Yes, we do except returns.  However, it must be returned unopened and undamaged.  
Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of purchase date.

Please e-mail us your request to return the item along with: your name,  date of purchase, item name and the reason for your return and we will  e-mail you with the proper return instructions.
Credit for returned items will not be made until the item is received and inspected by Floor Coating Supply.  Customer is responsible for return shipping costs + 20% restocking fee.

If you received an incorrect item in your shipment, please contact Floor Coating Supply within 7 days to report the incorrect item. We will pay the return shipping if it is our error.

Items damaged during shipping must be reported to the shipper, immediately upon receipt.
